Youth Council runs from grades 6th-12th grade.

Courses ranges from middle school to adulthood.

Counseling sessions run from ages 11 to adulthood.

By participating, donating, and joining us at our social events. One way to be MINDful is by sharing useful knowledge to those around you to end the stigma of seeking help.
